Operations Manager (HOME OFFICE)

Operations Manager    

    

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:   

    • Lead and inspire a high performing team of Leaders with a unique formation specific to the strengths of that team;
    • Deliver successful operational performance working on all levels within the project, using the “playing to strengths” model, to deliver the Operational Plan of the site;
    • Accountable for the reporting, forecasting and provision of timely and accurate information as per the provisions of the bilateral agreement, to assist with the strategic and business decision making and development of the Project;
    • Fully accountable and responsible for the financial performance of the Project, included but not limited to Revenue and Margin targets and Customer/Client satisfaction metrics/targets;
    • Fully accountable and responsible for the resources within the Project, including but not limited to decisions for any positional/personnel changes within the Project under their control, in accordance to the Company’s procedures and practices and within the boundaries of performance, attitude, behaviour and service delivery;
    • Inspire, empower and lead people by example to be at their best and deliver constantly improving performance;
    • Recognise the potential of people within the team and develop their capability and strengths to improve the overall results of the team;
    • Assess in depth the strengths of the team and design an operational model to further improve those strengths and deliver the business objectives/goals;
    • Lead and contribute to Site initiatives in collaboration with colleagues and partners/colleagues from 60K;
    • Key point of contact and escalation for the Project;
    • Develops, implements and maintains effective planning and analysis with appropriate analytical tools to establish goals and measure performance of the Project consistent with the Client’s needs;
    • Reviews monthly results and implements improvement measures and initiatives if needed;
    • Ensures SLAs and KPIs implementation, deployment and compliance across remit;
    • Develops performance measures that support the Project’s SLAs and KPIs;
    • Able to work towards prevention of targets not being met;
    • Able to learn, act, analyze and ask if targets are not met, able to articulate a full justification, understanding why, explaining the reasons with clarity, in conjunction with a proposal/recommendation and executable plan as to how this should be prevented thus avoiding repetition of failure for the same reason in the future;
    • Ensure compliance with contractual escalation process in the event of emergencies;
    • Arranges individual meetings with their subordinates for the purposes of feedback and further development guidance.           

       

    KEY REQUIREMENTS:   

    • Experience on a middle management or management role for at least 2 years;
    • Experience or good understanding of project management;
    • Experience / Passion for recruiting against tailored Client’s requirements;
    • Fluent in English – both written and spoken;
    • Experience in mentoring/coaching;
    • Experience in identifying knowledge gaps and building up personal development plans in order to achieve improvement in performance both on individual and team level;
    • Experience in monitoring the performance and improvement as per the objectives set and agreed in individual development plans and addressing gaps and obstacles well on time;
    • Willingness and proven skills, knowledge and experience in sharing and passing knowledge to others by ensuring continuous improvement and development;

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Develop the core systems that will allow customers to take advantage of our client’s services based on a Linux/UNIX based architecture.
    • Contribute ideas to enhance the specification and systems during and post development.
    • Required to work in an environment where the data being input into the developed system is highly confidential and will have experience in developing code that supports strong security.
    • Software applications are required to comply with PCI DSS Level 1 therefore experience in this would be beneficial but not necessarily essential.
    • As a result of the PCI DSS compliance obligation the person we are looking for will have had experience in documenting and recording processes and activity within the guidelines set to us by PCI.
    • A well-structured and project driven individual that is able to plan and set accurate delivery expectations and is used to providing regular updates to their line manager on their progress.
    • Working with other development colleagues and Systems Administration to agree particular server based software/applications required to operate the software.
    • Keep abreast of technology/software enhancements and how they would apply and would be used within the company.

    KEY REQUIREMENTS:

    • Fluency in English - verbal and written
    • Significant experience as a frontend developer in a commercial environment.

    Technical Support Specialist Level 2

    Location: Sofia

       In this role you will:

    • Work with our customers to resolve complex technical issues and maintain high customer satisfaction;
    • Provide technical support via telephone, email or chat with SLA (service-level-agreement) while ensuring that customer satisfaction goal is achieved;
    • Take ownership of technical issues and work with our Tier 3 team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary;
    • Document actions in tickets to effectively communicate information internally and to customers;

    Key Requirements:

    • Fluency in English - verbal and written;
    • Customer orientation;
    • Ability to work in 24x7 shifts;
    • HTML / CSS knowledge;
    • JavaScript / SQL knowledge;
    • Application support hands-on experience;
    • Knowledge of and experience with any other coding language is an advantage;
