History

Sixty K was founded in May 2008 with a view to providing a compelling alternative to the traditional BPO and contact centre outsourcing partner. The Board and Management of Sixty K realized that the ultimate competitive advantage a company can have is not only the provision of World Class Customer Service but one that is exceptional.

2008

Foundation

60K was founded with 450 work stations and 250 personnel, taking calls within 5 weeks!

2009

Introduction

First international award for Best Customer Service Agent for EMEA region, ContactCentreWorld.com

2010

Accreditation

60K became ISO9001:2008 accredited

2011

Affirmation

60K wins two major clients – Thomas Cook Ltd and Zumba Fitness LLC and expands to 400 seats

2013

Excellence

The year of the awards – 60K wins a total of 6 prizes for excellence in the industry which is its best performance to date!

2015

Expansion

60K opens its second Bulgarian office in Plovdiv with 150 seats and two projects. Received the “Investors in People” Silver accreditation.

2017

Perspective

60K has expanded to 1550 seats and opens a second office in Sofia making a third location.
