60K (Sixty K) was founded in May 2008 with a view to provide a compelling alternative to the traditional BPO and contact centre outsourcing firms. The Board and Management of 60K realized that the ultimate competitive advantage a company can have is not only the provision of World Class Customer Service but one that is exceptional.
The Beginning
60K was founded with 450 work stations and 250 personnel, taking calls within 5 weeks!

60K wins two major clients – Thomas Cook Ltd and Zumba Fitness LLC and expands to 400 seats

Expansion
60K opens its second Bulgarian office in Plovdiv with 150 seats and two projects. Received the “Investors in People” Silver accreditation.
Today
In 2020 about 80% of our workforce transitioned to remote work, and we plan on keeping it that way.
