Seatwave is a fan to fan ticket exchange, a marketplace where fans can buy and sell tickets for live events including sports, music and theatre. We operate in Europe, USA and Canada and we believe in offering a transparent service and getting people to their chosen events.


60k look after our frontline customer service and respond to incoming telephone calls, as well as emails and chat for an instant response. Due to the nature of the business and the territories covered, the team exhibit a wide range of languages skills quite often having to multi-task telephone, chat and emails from different cultures and countries. In order to run a successful platform the team have to keep up to date with a vast amount of information and impart this to our customers to tight deadlines.
