60K Nominated for Four Stevie Awards

It's only the middle of January and we have already had the pleasure to be shortlisted for yet another industry award. We are extremely proud to have been chosen as one of the finalists for the 12th annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service!

 

60K has been selected for all four categories that we applied for:

- Contact Center or Customer Service Outsourcing Provider of the Year;

- Customer Service Department of the Year;

- Contact Center of the Year (Over 100 Seats);

- Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year

 

In the past 10 years, we have received a Stevie Award in different categories for four consecutive times and we are extremely hopeful that 2018 will bring us yet another recognition from the organization. The Stevie awards are one of the world's premier business competitions and each finalist who has the opportunity to compete is an exceptional representative of its industry. This is why, to have been considered for yet another year proves that our efforts are truly recognized.

 

For our nomination for the Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year, we are participating with one of our biggest clients – Thomas Cook. We have already won a Stevie award with this client and cannot wait to see whether this year we'll receive our second one for the services that we provide for them. We have also been nominated for Customer Service Department of the Year with our partners from Zumba!

 

The 12th annual Stevie Awards ceremony will take place on 23 February at the Caesars Palace, Las Vegas, Nevada U.S.A.
