In the last two years we have reached a growth of 400 people. We have opened our Plovdiv office three years ago and for this period, our number of seats has increased to 500 people. Following this success, by the end of 2018 we plan to have at least 200 new positions  for both of our wonderful offices in Sofia and the one in Plovdiv.


Our people represent 60K and our Client on a top level providing high quality customer support services via telephone and/ or e-mail. They are involved into our dynamic and professionally structured business process and are responsible to keep up with the level of customers’ satisfaction expectations.
