How does your company attract new employees on such a limited market?

60K's culture helps us. We pay as much as we can, depending on the market. We also offer benefits such as free transport, medical insurance. We have a fitness center, large gaming rooms, food stamps. People who work for us are our most important resource and we want them to feel comfortable.
